Shipping & delivery

Nationwide delivery

We deliver to all nine provinces from our Durban base. Containers travel by tilt-tray or side-loader truck; smaller items such as tanks, panels, inverters and batteries travel by courier or consolidated freight.

What delivery costs

Transport is quoted per order based on destination town, offload method and site access, and appears as a separate line on your quote. There are no hidden surcharges added after the fact.

Site requirements

A container needs firm, level standing and clear truck access — allow roughly three times the container length for a tilt-tray to offload. Soft sand, steep gradients, overhead cables and tight gate widths must be flagged before dispatch so we can send the right vehicle or arrange crane offload.

Lead times

Stock containers and equipment typically dispatch within 2 to 5 working days of cleared payment. Conversions such as offices, ablutions and kitchens run 2 to 4 weeks depending on the specification and finishes.

On the day

We confirm a delivery window in advance. Someone must be on site to direct placement and sign the delivery note. Offloading a standard container takes about 30 minutes where access is clear.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from our Durban depot with your own suitable transport. Arrange a collection slot with us first so the unit is staged and ready.

Inspection on arrival

Inspect the unit on arrival and note any transport damage on the delivery note before the driver leaves. Photos taken at offload make claims straightforward.
